High Season:
June 29th - August 30th 2013
$1,500.00 per week plus 10% tax
Low Season:
May 1st to June 28th 2013&
August 31st - October 31st 2012
$800.00 per week plus 10% tax
Daily Rates Available During Low Season
Two Night Minimum booking
Daily - $150 plus 10% tax
Confirmation:
50% Deposit required upon booking by Visa, MasterCard or American Express to confirm reservation. Remainder to be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, the 50% deposit is refunded, less a $50.00 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled after the required 60 days and another booking takes place, the deposit will be refunded, less the $50.00 administration fee. If no booking occurs, the deposit is non-refundable.
